Fifth Park, Surrey

The team were commissioned to provide Lead Consultant and Cost Management services on the development of Frith Park, a breathtaking collection of thirty-seven brand new homes and associated extensive hard and soft landscaping set in a private estate in Surrey.
The developer opted to procure the works under JCT Management contact, thus ensuring rigorous and transparent commercial management of all trades.

Contract: Bespoke Development Agreement
The team were engaged to provide Fund Monitoring services, during the land remediation and demolition works of the formerTata Steel site; ensuring the site and services (including s.278 works) were ready for the redevelopment.

The team were engaged with the the development of the initial cost planning for the 1.85msqft scheme. Numerous iterations of the scheme were presented, until the client and their agents confirmed the 4 unit scheme.
The team were later engaged with the tender and post tender negotiations with the contractors.

Kettering, Northants

The team were engaged to to provide Lead Consultant and Cost Managament services on the refurbishment of the existing delapidated industrial unit.
The works were awarded to a Construction Manager to manage the operations, while all trades were awarded on an individual basis, ensuring complete transparency of costs. The works comprised the part demolition of the existing upper floors and dividing walls, a complete overhaul of the roof and cladding, structural alertaions, full fit out of the warehouse including racking, full fit out of the offices.

Stoke on Trent

Contract: JCT IFC
The team were engaged by the demolition contractor on the very demanding site of the existing Pets at Home distribution centre in Stoke.
A full contract review was undertaken, which revealed errors in the documentation compiled by the developer. Numerous additional works were required due to the poor site conditions and poor documentation.

The team were engaged with the redveloment of an existing builders yard in North London to proivide an outstanding 18,000sqft prime residential dwelling.
The base build was undertaken on a lumo sum contrfcat, whereas the fit out was subject to two stage tendering, to ensure value foir money on all trades. Many artisans were directkly employed to provide the bespoke finishing touches.

Berkhamsted

The team were engaged with the development of a new dwelling for a private client.
The 2,500sqft dwelling was constructed on the land of the existing property, whilst maintaining the existing property. The team successfully delivered the scheme and were later appointed to deliver the refurbishment of the existing property.

The team were engaged with the redevelopment of a dilapidated grade 2 listed dwelling in the heart of Mayfair.
The scheme involved a new additional storey, and complete refurbishment of the existing floors to provide 4,500sqft of prime London residential living.
The works were procured under a two stage teneer oprocess to ensure competitive and transparent costs were provided.

Following the sucessful completion of a prtevious scheme the team were engaged with the redevelopment of a further dilapidated grade 2 listed dwelling in the heart of Mayfair.
The scheme underwent many design iterations, including whether to construct a basement. The final scheme prompted the redevelopment of the existing footprints.
